People at work have been ranting about this place and keep trying to get me to go. Well view recently opened a mobile truck and it sometimes parks right next to work. So I decided it was time to try their french fries. Well one thing before I talk about the fries is I love the packaging it reminds me of something I would got if I ordered my fries from a drive in. Now to business the french fries were pretty good. The fries are about a quarter of an inch of thickness with a nice golden color.  One thing I really liked was not a lot of salt on them. Some changes they could benefit from is offer other sizes of fries, they could of also cook them just a tad longer they seemed a little under cooked. Other than that pretty good. Mr. Gene’s dog house gets a 7 out of 10.

Steak ‘n Shake

Steak and shake is one of those places you only seem to visit when you have had a couple drinks and you get hungry. This has to be one of the worst places to work. Always dealing with drunkereds. Their fries are a shoe string style. Not very good but you usually don’t seem to care about them being not the best because you are usually buzzing. I think I have only ate here once before 1am other than that its a late night place. When I went here the fries were ok. I would have to say out of all the shoe string style places they do have the best. Takes notes skyline and even brio. Good and crispy. Steak and shake get a 6.5 out of 10.

I was just strolling around downtown and stumbled onto raya’s. I went in not knowing what to expect from their french fries. To my amazement the fries were pretty good. The french fries were a classic straight cut. They were fresh and hot. One thing they did have a ton of salt on them. Next time I will order without salt and add some as needed. Raya’s french fries get a 6.5 out of 10.

Perfect north slopes

The french fries are perfect north are great. Perfect north orders some of their food from Larosas and I am sure that where they get their fries from. Same shape, same size, same taste. The fries are like a small steak fry. They keep the skins on them too. They also are a reasonable price for a ski slope. If you stop by to ski or snowboard make sure you grab some french fries from the food corral. Their fries get a 9 out of 10.

McCormick & schmick’s

I traditionaly don’t really care for seafood places but McCormick’s surprised me. The fries were pretty good. Usually when you go to a seafood place my fries always taste like fish. That’s because the fry their fish in the same grease. But at McCormick’s they have a different fryer for non fishy foods. This shows view really care about their food. Their fries were on the mushy side, basically under done a tad. Other than that the fries were good. McCormick’s gets a 7 out of 10.

The fries here seemed very boring for some reason. Maybe it was the atmosphere at the bar or something. They are a quarter inch cut with the skins on them. The fries were just boring not much I can say about them wasn’t really impressed or upset about the fries. They get a 5.5 out of 10.

Willies come on French fries are not that hard to make. It’s like view served me the bottom of the bag. All the small crunchy little pieces. Most of the fries were burnt and gross. But on the side note they didn’t charge me for them because I barley ate any. So normaly they would get a low score because of their bad fries, but view get a 5 out of 10.

Brothers bar & grill

The french fries from here were horrible. The first batch of fries that came out were cold and soggy. I was just going to eat them and complain on here but everyone eating with us made a point to get me hot fries. So they brought me hot ones. They weren’t much better than the cold ones. To me it was like they just reheated my old fries. View just were hot soggy fries. Gross. Brothers you can do a lot better than that. Their french fries get a 3 out of 10. It would of been less but you a least tried to get me hot ones.

I didn’t really care for their fries here. They had some weird seasoning on them. The fries also tasted a little Olympic even though they just got out of the fryer. I tool a risk going here, I drive by everyday but the place looks so ghetto I just keep driving. I give this place a 5 out of 10.

The fries here are a classic crinkle cut. I sat down ordered fries and as soon as I scooted my chair in I had my fries. Super fast service. This place is must if your on the west side of town. I enjoyed every minute of my french fries. Hot down to the last bite. They must cook their fries in different oil or cook some other food in the fryer because the fries always have a different taste. Not better or worse just a tad different. They get a 7 out of 10.
